Scott Walter Photography reserves the right to use any picture in both print and digital form for business promotion.

All images are copyrighted by Scott Walter Photography. Please remember that it is illegal to copy, download, scan and / or print images at any time regardless of purchase. If you are interested in obtaining digital files, please ask.

Prices are subject to change at any time, however, prices are locked in at your time of booking.

Session fee is non-refundable, but may be applied to a future session within three months if you should need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or illness.

Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order.

Once an online gallery has expired there’s a $75 re-listing fee.

If you do not show up for your session appointment the session fee is forfeited.

If, in the opinion of the photographer, inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the creation of a portrait meeting the artistic standards of the studio/photographer, photographer may elect to use an alternate location or to reschedule the portrait session.

No cameras or video camera are allowed during your session.

Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Client assumes responsibility for any and all collection costs and legal fees incurred by Scott Walter and/or Scott Walter Photography in the event of enforcement of this contract becomes necessary.

Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final and once the order has been placed, there are no refunds.

All orders and session fees are subject to a 8.25 Texas State Sales Tax that you are required to pay.
